Balmoral Luxury Chesterfield Wingback Ottoman Bed

Timeless Chesterfield Craftsmanship

Bring an air of stately grandeur into your bedroom with the Balmoral Luxury Chesterfield Wingback Bed, exclusively from Furniture District UK. Drawing inspiration from classic British upholstery, the Balmoral is defined by its deep-set diamond button tufting. Each pleat is carefully hand-folded and secured with matching fabric buttons, creating rich texture and shadow that catches the light across the headboard and footboard.

Grand Wingback Silhouette
The defining architectural feature of the Balmoral is its tall 137cm statement headboard, flanked by contemporary straight-line wings. This provides a supportive, cocooning backrest for sitting upright while reading or resting. The matching 50cm footboard echoes the same diamond-buttoned detailing, ensuring a balanced, symmetrical appearance from every angle.

Tailored Storage Solutions
To suit different room layouts and storage requirements, the Balmoral is available with three distinct base options:

1. Normal Base (25cm Height): A low-profile, traditional frame that delivers a clean silhouette and solid mattress support.

2. Slatted Ottoman Base (30cm Height): Features a steel-reinforced wooden slatted frame that lifts smoothly with the aid of gas-piston struts, giving you floor-to-floor storage beneath the mattress.

3. Divan Ottoman Base (33cm Height): An extra-deep, heavy-duty enclosed base offering maximum depth and a solid platform top for your mattress.

Bespoke Fabric & Colour Selection
Choose from 26 upholstery options to tailor the Balmoral to your home’s decor. Select from soft Plush Velvets, shimmering Crushed Velvets, or the hard-wearing, textured weaves of our Naples and Coniston fabric collections.

Care & Maintenance:

To keep the velvet upholstery clean, vacuum weekly using a soft brush attachment and blot any spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth without rubbing the pile. Periodically inspect the ottoman gas-lift pistons to keep the tracks clear of dust and ensure smooth lifting.
