How do I measure my home for access?

Because luxury beds and large sofas come in substantial box sizes or fully assembled sections, checking your property’s access path is vital. Before placing your order, please measure:

External Access: Check gates, driveway widths, and tight outdoor corners.
Doorways & Hallways: Measure the width and height of all entry doors, interior doors, and narrow hallways. Ensure there is enough turning clearance.
Stairwells & Lifts: If you live in an apartment building or have stairs, measure stair width, low ceilings, turning landings, and elevator dimensions.
Tip: Compare your smallest clearance dimension against the packaged dimensions listed on our product pages. If access is tight, consider modular or disassembly-friendly models.

How does delivery scheduling work?

Dispatch Notification: Once your item is ready (either from our rapid stock or crafted via our custom workshop), our logistics team or specialist courier partner will contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Date & Time Coordination: You will be offered available delivery slots to schedule a convenient day for your drop-off.
Specialist 2-Man Service: For upgrades featuring our two-man room-of-choice service, the couriers will typically provide an estimated time window on the day of delivery so you aren’t left waiting all day.
