• Cancellations and Refunds: Once production has commenced on a bespoke item, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The standard 14-day statutory right to cancel does not apply to bespoke items. Returns will only be accepted if the item is fundamentally faulty or damaged upon delivery.
